How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number on your email once the order leaves our warehouse.
Please use the chatbot at the bottom right to get your tracking number or reach out to us by typing a message there to talk to a Customer Support Representative

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it if 40 minutes have elapsed after placing it.

We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

How can I view my order?

You can view your order by signing in using the email you signed up through. You might need to create an account if you haven't but it should be a seamless process.

What's your payment method?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) but will be adding the Credit Card service soon.

We partner with Aramex to ensure swift deliveries, providing you with real-time tracking number updates for a hassle-free shipping experience.

How long do orders take?

Orders usually take from 48-72h but this time may be extended to another 24 hours depending on traffic, the date and time you placed your order, and if there was any changes in your order.

Can I automatically return/exchange an order?

Yes!

You will find a Return/Exchange link in the footer where you can process your own return or exchange.

Please note that the item needs to be in its original condition with all tags attached.

What's your refund policy?

We don't like to complicate things and we know how skeptical online shopping may be. Therefore, we offer you Cash on Delivery and the money is returned to you when the courier picks it up.

We have everything documented so there's no need to worry about anything.
