Refund policy

EXCHANGE/RETURNS FORM:

Exchanges:

Customers may request an exchange for a different product within 5  days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all exchange requests.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with tags attached. Proof of purchase must be provided for all return requests.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval of the cancellation request. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:

1. Damaged or Wrong Item:  If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please fill the form immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage or error must be provided.

2. Product Exchange: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for all exchanges, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received back at our warehouse and inspected. Shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases where the wrong item was received or the item was damaged.

4. Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase must be provided for all exchange and return requests.

5. Items Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.

Note: Please note that refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
